Our standard working days are Monday - Thursday. We do not curently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
We do not ship on UK Bank Holiday Mondays - please allow extra time for deliveries around these times. For a full list of these dates, please visit www.gov.uk/bank-holidays.

For registered users, to track your order, please login, navigate to your order and view the ‘Order Shipments’ tab. You can also check the history of your orders and check the status. You can also click on the link from your shipping confirmation email.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have now extended our RETURNS period from 14 days to 45 days, as it may take longer for you to return your goods back to us.
If you're not happy with your Heelys for any reason, you can return your items to us within 45 days of receiving them for a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) if they are in a saleable, unworn condition. We recommend trying your Heelys on for fit inside and without the wheels inserted.
Customers are accountable for return shipping charges. We suggest using a recorded or signed for delivery service to ensure the parcel is tracked and insured. All parcels are the customer’s responsibility until we receive them.
We are unable to accept exchanges - orders should be returned and re-placed.
