To provide extra peace of mind, we’ve extended our returns period just for the festive season.
Orders placed from the 1st of November – 24th of December can now be returned up until the 31st of January 2025, for a full refund to your original payment method. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags still attached, etc.
If you believe your goods are faulty, please contact our customer service team with any information and any images outlining any defect or damage.

If you're not happy with your items for any reason, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund if they are in a saleable, unworn condition.
