In these difficult times, the well being of our staff and customers is our top priority. We're doing everything we can to minimise any risk. We are currently operating at reduced hours, reduced headcount and maintaining a safe working environment in our warehouse.

This alongside a high volume of orders means that there may be some delays in shipping your order.

We're currently shipping Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Due to a high volume of orders, there's currently up to a 3 working day processing delay on shipping your order.
Once processed, you will receive an email with tracking details. Once shipped, normal shipping times apply.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel. Please allow an extra 24 - 48hrs for shipping in some territories.

We have currently disabled Next Day shipping - we hope to reintroduce this as soon as possible.

Please note that these details are subject to change.

Our couriers are now operating under a signature free service to protect both our customers and themselves. The drivers will take a photo of the parcel at the point of delivery.

We have now extended our RETURNS period from 14 days to 45 days, as it may take longer for you to return your goods back to us.
